Christyne Bongiorno is very insightful. She knew our needs before we did, and she was very patient in allowing us the time to arrive at those conclusions. Christyne helped us with a unique land/lot sale in a very nice area, but the market had gone flat. Her expertise in marketing real estate was instrumental in getting the property sold. While longer to get sold than either of us wanted or expected it did get sold for close to the listing price in a depressed market. I've used Christyne multiple times now (even trying someone else first with property other realtor had more local knowledge of the area before coming back to Christyne after the other realtor couldn't produce).
